Doula Services

We offer two different packages for in person birth support — we’re happy to chat further about how this process works and discuss all options during your complimentary consultation. We accept insurance. We are also Virginia State-Certified and registered with Carrot Fertility.

Birth Doula Packages ($900 and $1800) include:

• Two (2) prenatal visits
• Assistance in writing a birth "plan”
• 2nd prenatal is to discuss comfort measures, birth positions, birth plan, resources, feeding options, nutrition, postpartum recovery 
• Call, text, email support throughout pregnancy
• On-call support beginning on your 38th gestational week
• In person support in labor
• Two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support after delivery
• One to three (1-3) days of in-home postpartum support

• Education and support surrounding post-birth recovery
• Bridging the gap between medical care and home care
• Postpartum recovery support (I.e., warm meals, womb care, foot soak, yoni steam)
• Lactation and feeding support
• Infant care giving (I.e., cleaning, soothing)
• Light household tasks
• Preparing nutritive, warm, easy to digest foods
• Guidance surrounding newborn care, coping skills for parents
• Sibling assistance or integration
• Short errands
• Overnight support *additional fees

For families who want to capture the earliest moments with their sweet bundle joy! 

We offer birth photography in hospital, birth center, and home birth settings and mini postpartum photoshoots in-home. Click here to visit our Instagram.

Services can be added for an additional $300 to Birth Doula Packages. During birth, photographs are taken periodically throughout labor and are limited up to 30 shots to ensure hands-on/quality doula support is upheld. 

• Included in Birth Doula Packages additional $300 **discount available under content creation approval
• Photos commonly captured during labor transitions, receiving partner support, resting, pushing (very optional), skin-to-skin, first latch, etc.
• 30 photographs returned
