Welcoming babies into the world intentionally, joyfully, and confidently! During pregnancy, I prepare parents for the birthing process, medical procedures, and what to expect during postpartum. In the time of labor, I work with mothers using active coping and pain management skills. Throughout postpartum, I offer traditional and practical services to encourage overall family wellness.
I offer three different packages for in person birth support- I’m happy to chat further about how this works and discuss all options for your family during our consultation.
Birth Doula Packages range in price from $880-1880 include:
- Two to three (2-3) Prenatal Visits
- Assistance in writing a Birth "Plan” (in-person)
- Labor Exercises & Postpartum Prep (in-person)
- Childbirth Education Class: stages of labor, natural birth tips, relaxation etc. (in-person)
- Call, text, email support throughout pregnancy
- On call Labor Support starting two (2) weeks before estimated due date
- In-person Labor Support from the time you feel like you need it and through birth
- Immediate assistance with feeding after birth
- Continuous text, call, and email support throughout postpartum
- One (1) virtual Postpartum visit or
- Five (5) in home Postpartum visits

- Bridging the gap between medical care and home care
- Education and support surrounding physical and emotional changes
- Postures and positions for mother and infant
- Maternal caregiving (e.g. encouraging rest, womb care, foot soak etc.)
- Preparing nutritive, warm, easy to digest foods
- Lactation and feeding support
- Infant caregiving (e.g., cleaning, soothing)
