Doula Services

I offer two different packages for in person birth support — I'm happy to chat further about how this works and discuss all options during your consultation.

I do accept families utilizing insurance and Carrot Fertility. I'm Virginia State-Certified in order to best accommodate insurance or employer policies.

Birth Doula Packages range in price from $900-2000 and often includes:

• Two to three (2-3) prenatal visits
• Assistance in writing a birth "plan” 
• Labor Prep., Positions & Exercises
• Call, text, email support throughout pregnancy
• On-call support beginning at your 38th gestational week
• In person labor & birth support
• Immediate postpartum assistance upon delivery
• In home postpartum support

• Bridging the gap between medical care and home care
• Education and support surrounding post-birth recovery
• Postpartum recovery assistance (e.g. encouraging rest, womb care)
• Lactation and feeding support
• Infant caregiving (e.g. cleaning, soothing)
• Light household tasks
• Preparing nutritive, warm, easy to digest foods
• Guidance surrounding newborn care, coping skills for parents
• Sibling assistance or integration
• Short errands
