We offer two different packages for in person birth support — we're happy to chat further about how this works and discuss all options during your consultation.
Our Birth Doula Packages range in price from $880-2000 and often includes:
- Two to three (2-3) prenatal visits
- Assistance in writing a birth "plan”
- Labor Prep., Positions & Exercises
- Call, text, email support throughout pregnancy
- On-call support beginning at your 38th gestational week
- In person labor & birth support
- Immediate postpartum assistance upon delivery
- In home postpartum doula visit(s)
- Bridging the gap between medical care and home care
- Education and support surrounding post-birth recovery
- Postpartum recovery assistance (e.g. encouraging rest, womb care)
- Lactation and feeding support
- Infant caregiving (e.g. cleaning, soothing)
- Light household tasks
- Preparing nutritive, warm, easy to digest foods
- Guidance surrounding newborn care, coping skills for parents
- Sibling assistance or integration
- Short errands
